Frontwick powers restaurant websites and sends completed carts into WhatsApp. We do not run a separate checkout account for diners, and orders finish inside the restaurant's WhatsApp chat.
What we collect
We collect the restaurant content owners publish in Frontwick, and we log product events needed to operate the service such as portal access, menu edits, reviews, invoice uploads, and WhatsApp checkout clicks.
What diners share
Diners can browse menu pages without creating an account. If they submit a review or start a WhatsApp order, the details they type are sent only for that action.
Support and retention
Support conversations, billing proofs, and audit records are kept only as long as required to operate the platform, resolve issues, and maintain a clear owner history.
